Helping people and teams turn complex systems into clear, coordinated action.

I work at the intersection between people, process, and learning, helping organizations navigate change, adopt new systems, and move forward with clarity.

About Me

My career path has not been linear, but the work has been surprisingly consistent: helping people navigate systems, understand what matters, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. I’m drawn to work that makes complex things easier to use and easier to trust.

Part of that comes from my own experience as an immigrant. I know how disorienting unfamiliar systems can be, especially when the rules feel opaque or no one seems to be translating them for the people inside them. That has shaped the way I work. I care about clarity, access, and making sure people are not left to guess their way through important processes.

I’ve taught yoga since 2013, and that long practice continues to shape how I communicate and lead. It keeps me honest about my own habits, reminds me to stay teachable, and reinforces the value of steadiness over performance.

I’m at my best in work that calls for warmth, structure, adaptability, and thoughtful follow-through.
